    I loved the post and all the information in it. Yes, we can relearn our behaviors through self awareness and emotional development, but only with a true desire for change. Like the speaker said, we must be able to understand the person. Try to see them as developing students of the person they are trying to become, not as the unaware pre programmed person they once were “re-born”. If no one else believes they can change for the better, it makes the person believe that about themselves many times.
