Loving Yourself in the Mirror

When you look closely in the mirror, what do you see? Do you see someone who you love completely and actually adore? Or do you see someone who you tend to judge? Simply staring in the mirror for five or more minutes can be an eye-opening experience. Is it full of regrets, judgments and beating yourself up? Or does it bring out joyful feelings of love? Are you in your head thinking and analyzing or do you drop into your heart while simply feeling?

Loving yourself is perhaps the most essential aspect of your life, yet how often do you take the time to fully embrace who you truly are? Perhaps it’s time to start seeing the larger self, the self that simply is love. This aspect of you isn’t limited by the confines of a body. It transcends time and space and is unlimited in its ability to create, through love. Why not dedicate today to simply loving yourself? Who knows what miracles may happen when you begin to recognize your incredibly beautiful essence as love.
