    What an Enchanting Experience!!

Thank you, thank you, thank you precious people for adding your beautiful voices to our collective chant while we called in the Name of the Divine at the 2018 HeartFULL CoCreators Convergence at Sunrise Ranch in Loveland, CO. (really, the town is LOVELAND!) I am so very grateful to have had this experience with 40 others in our soul tribe family who helped us expand our 40 Days of Love Lives Here. The vibes truly brought us into a stronger Connection to the Sacred Within All Life.

The mala chanting begins on the video around the 11:00 minute mark. I hope everyone will join in each day as we amplify this Field of Sacred Sound and Love together. 108 × 40 days = profound, powerful, peaceful transformation. Namaste`

I will be starting with a sandalwood bead, then add a crystal bead mala.
I may try my hand at beading my own down the road abit.
Also Ille try a lava one for abit of texture.
Your beads look very beautiful and uniform. I like anything n all thats crystal, gems, rock and tree.
I can feel there vibe and ofcourse looking wise is just eyecandy.
    Thank you Linda!

Hi Judith Anderson! I’m so delighted that the mantra mala meditation is calling to you. It’s never too late to start your 40 day practice. Please join us on Thursday, May 28 for a Live Zoom call to participate with 40 other chanting meditators! I’m curious to know what stones, crystals, beads, nuts or seeds are in your sacred mala. I use an African turquoise mala in the morning and black lava beads in the evening. It truly is a beautiful practice. Thanks for your appreciation of it, for the good of the whole. :-)

Namaste` Vanessa! I am thrilled that we’re in this same sacred space together! I’m on day 18 and loving this chant. I find that the best time do my Japa Mala is right before I go to bed at night. It keeps me disciplined, no matter how tired I might be! And now, more than ever, I am enjoying deep restful and restorative sleep. Keep going! I’m with you!!!

I’m a little late getting started on this as I’ve been on the road. I can’t wait to dive into it next week. I love doing mantra meditation and am excited to start this one. I haven’t done 40 days of mantra in a few months and it’s about time.

Good morning, beloved ones. I trust that your dedication to starting a meditation practice through ‘Japa’ (mantra chanting) has helped you get centered and present with your day. It takes time to ‘settle in’ to our true Divine nature so keep going. Any meditation practice, whether it is chanting, sitting in stillness, breathing mindfully, or doing yoga is a path to inner peace and self acceptance. A mantra meditation practice is one way we can quiet our busy minds from its constant chatter and distractions. On Day 2 of ‘Love Lives Here’ let’s practice kindness to ourselves, being mindful of when our thoughts begin to go into self-judgment or criticism. Be gentle with yourself today.

Hello mantra lovers! There is so much more to learn about chanting a mantra. You are invited to explore this journey together with me for the next 40 days. Leave your comments and questions here and let’s get this transformative experience going! Love Lives Here. Baba Nam Kevalam.
